If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours by sending us a message by email (sales@natural-selections.co.uk) quoting the batch number on the packet, and return the unopened packet for a full refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Any costs incurred by you in returning the product are non-refundable.

Before submitting your order, please ensure that your name, address, contact details and delivery requirements are correct, as we cannot be responsible for any errors, which may result in the late delivery of your product. Deliveries cannot be made on a Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.

Deliveries are only to the mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland).

In the event of your chosen product not being available we reserve the right to cancel your order, offer an alternative of equal value, or a refund if you wish. If an order is received by 2.30pm from Monday to Thursday, we will aim to deliver it overnight. Orders received on a Friday, during a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
